An elected group of seven Directors who meet on a monthly basis in order to direct and/or supervise the management of affairs and the business of the Mary Campbell Housing Co-operative. The seven positions include:
President, Vice-President, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and 3 Directors.

Finance
Are you a numbers person? Great!
This is the team responsible for managing the Co-op's annual budget and approval process for project expenditures. Also, there is the coordination of bank reconciliations, long-term planning projects.

Membership and Education
Want to be part of marketing the great community? Work with members in filling units with community oriented and responsible long-term members.
Want to be part of the community? Join us by completing the attached application form.
This team organizes information meetings for prospective members and orientation for new members. Members are educated in their contribution of a minimum of 4 hours per month of volunteer at the Co-op.

Participation time is an important (and required) part of co-operative living as it helps to keep costs down and bring a feeling of community to those who take part in building friendships.
Landscape
Do you love the outdoors?
Work with members on the landscaping, grass cutting, and tree maintenance required to keep the grounds looking healthy, while still having fun.
We have Spring and Fall flings and community clean up days.

Get your hands dirty with lawn mowing, trending gardens, trimming trees and shrubs during the summer then come back for winter snow shovelling in order to make sure the property is attractive.
This, in essence, is what co-operative living is all about!
Social
Do you consider yourself a good organizer?
The Social Committee brings members together for social gatherings throughout the years ~ Labour Day bbq, Christmas dinner, and many other community events.
Come out and have fun!
Kids/Tweens
The Campbell Kids and Tweens brings members' children of all ages together for parties, movie nights, and many other community events.
